Our engagement photograph was taken by Jeremy Heflin in Portsmouth, NH.  In the background is Memorial Bridge, which leads from Portsmouth to Kittery, Maine.  Jeremy also took photographs at our wedding.

The historical photographs of Short Sands Beach were taken by the Detroit Publishing Company around 1906.  They are from the Library of Congress, Prints & Photographs Division, Detroit Publishing Company Collection, LC-D4-34810 & LC-D4-9452.

The postcard of the Nubble Light was sent by newspaper correspondent Edmund Noble to his daughter, Lilly, during the Portsmouth Peace Treaty negotiations in 1905.  It is at the Library of Congress, LC-DIG-ppmsca-08192.
